Clothing pickup will be available Monday through Saturday until 10:30 a.m.

Items will be delivered 24 hours after pickup during regular hours.

For express laundry (same-day delivery), there will be an additional charge of 25% on the listed price. Items must be dropped off before 10:30 a.m., and the return of the items will be by 6:00 p.m.

Ironing service costs 50% of the listed laundry price.

Shoes and/or leather items are not laundered.

Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT.

La Sere Italian Restaurant

We offer our guests a unique dining experience at our restaurant. The tasting menu consists of 17 courses carefully selected by our chef. This multisensory experience lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours, where each dish tells a story through exceptional flavors, textures, and presentations.

In case of a delay and failure to meet the Fine Dining reservation time, you will be subject to availability and/or cancellation by the restaurant. For any questions, please visit the restaurant or contact us via WhatsApp at (+57) 320 681 4821.

For the ElCielo Bistro/ À la carte area, no reservation is required; simply visit the restaurant and inquire about table availability.

Reservations are recommended for the La Sere restaurant.
